Lost and Found

Items left on a Benton Area Transit (BAT) vehicle will be held for two weeks before being disposed or donated. Clothing items may be discarded immediately if there is a biohazard concern. If you believe that you have lost an item, contact the BAT dispatch office at (541) 766-6700. Please be prepared to provide information that may help identify the vehicle in which your belongings were lost. This may include the route, the time, and/or vehicle number, etc.

If your belongings were lost on the Coast to Valley Express, you may also contact Lincoln County Transit at (541) 265-4900. Lincoln County Transit and Benton Area Transit both operate the Coast to Valley Express service.

Items may be retrieved during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm at our dispatching office, located in the Benton County Sunset Building, 4077 SW Research Way, Corvallis.
