Funding Sources

The services of Benton Area Transit are provided to Benton County residents and visitors through a combination of State and Federal funding. Our program applies for, manages, and applies grant money received from Federal 5310, 5311, and 5339 grants, as well as money from the Special Transportation Fund (STF) and the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF), which are both administered through Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
