Benton Area Transit (BAT) provides wheelchair-accessible, demand-response transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Benton County through two services.

BAT Lift Service

A transportation service for rural residents of Benton County who have a disability with limited transportation options or for any resident of Benton County who is 65 or older.

Paratransit Service

A transportation service provided on behalf of the Cities of Corvallis and Philomath for people who live within 3/4 mile of a Corvallis Transit System or Philomath Connection bus route and have a disability that prevents them from accessing the urban bus service. 

Rideline

If you live in Linn, Benton, or Lincoln County and you are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or you utilize Medicaid, Rideline may be a good resource for you. To connect with Rideline, please visit their website at ocwcog.org/transportation/cascades-west-ride-line/, or call 541-924-8738.

BAT Reasonable Modifications

Reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures are available to avoid discrimination on the basis of disability. Accessible formats are available upon request. For more details and/or to request services, please contact Benton Area Transit at 541-766-6700 during our hours of operation (Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

Hearing Impairment, Are Deaf, or Are Speech-Impaired

For Benton Area Transit passengers who may have hearing impairment, are deaf, or are speech-impaired, and need service, please use our free Oregon TTY Relay Service by calling 1-800-735-2900. A TTY device on your computer or phone is required to utilize this service.  Services are also available in Spanish. For more information, please go to oregonrelay.com.
