BAT Lift Accessibility
BAT Lift & ADA Accessibility
Benton Area Transit (BAT) provides wheelchair-accessible, demand-response transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Benton County through two services.
Rideline
If you live in Linn, Benton, or Lincoln County and you are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or you utilize Medicaid, Rideline may be a good resource for you. To connect with Rideline, please visit their website at ocwcog.org/transportation/cascades-west-ride-line/, or call 541-924-8738.
BAT Reasonable Modifications
Reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures are available to avoid discrimination on the basis of disability. Accessible formats are available upon request. For more details and/or to request services, please contact Benton Area Transit at 541-766-6700 during our hours of operation (Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Hearing Impairment, Are Deaf, or Are Speech-Impaired
For Benton Area Transit passengers who may have hearing impairment, are deaf, or are speech-impaired, and need service, please use our free Oregon TTY Relay Service by calling 1-800-735-2900. A TTY device on your computer or phone is required to utilize this service. Services are also available in Spanish. For more information, please go to oregonrelay.com.
